Srushti has begun preparing for the UPSC examination in her third year in engineering. She was unsure if engineering is the best career choice for her. It was later discovered that her dream job was working in the civil service. She began to concentrate on this. The parents of her encouraged her to pursue civil service, and to pursue an employment in the public sector. She kept her motivation and focused on becoming an IAS Officer. She was determined to get through the test quickly, so she put in lots of effort. She used to read newspapers to stay up-to-date with the latest news every single day.
